Description
As you approach Villa Panache you will be instantly impressed by the unique design. At the front of the villa is a large parking area surrounded by lush gardens. Around the back of the villa is a large pool area with 6 sunloungers, side tables, garden table and chairs, brick barbeque and two large parasols. Inside the villa there is a large stylish kitchen with all modern luxuries, a dining area with a table for 6 people and a lounge area with a large leather sofa, widescreen television, satellite system and DVD player. The main bedroom with patio doors to the pool area is downstairs. Upstairs there are two twin rooms with access on to a lovely terrace area with lounge style seating. There is also a family bathroom.

#2 stunning place
We were the first people to stay in this brand new stunning villa,we had quite a few teething proplems,aircon,pool,water,to name but a few but they did there upmost to sort them out straight away,except the aircon in the room,although it didnt cause us a problem in the end.Villa panache is in a enviable position only 100 mts from a lovely beach and near enough to all the attractions of pernera,a lovely 20 min stroll on the new walk way takes you into protarus,with more nightlife if thats what you desire,the villa is a total home from home,with all mod cons,sky tv would be an advantage and wifi would also be nice and i think that will come eventually when the whole estate is complete,there was building work going on around the villa but it was never intrusive,would definatley stay there again in the near future.
