Villa Natalie is one of a very few four bedroom villas in Pernera, Protaras. Outside there is a driveway, large garden area, 8 X 4 heated pool and Palm trees in the landscaped gardens within a very large plot. Inside is a large lounge area, open kitchen, dining area and a double bedroom downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, balcony and ensuite. There are also two other bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Villa Natalie is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within 300 metres you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is fastly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras.
