Normally when you book travel arrangements on this web site your agreement is with Cyprus Holiday Group Ltd or we will make it clear if Cyprus Holiday Group Ltd is acting as an agent for another travel provider. Occasionally we may connect you to a website operated by a third party site.

By entering, accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to comply with all of our terms and conditions. In addition, when you book any products from us, you will do so subject to the terms and conditions on this page, and as set out in Booking terms and conditions (Lee see below 1A) and to such further terms and conditions as may be applied by the hotel, villa, apartment or cruise ship where you will be staying (together, the "Conditions of Contract"). This website has been designed for use within Europe. By accessing this website you are agreeing that the Courts of Cyprus will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us, and that Cypriot law shall be the applicable law.

B: TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Please note that Cyprus Holiday Group Ltd provides accommodation and transport from a wide range of accommodation providers and carriers including airlines and car rental companies. The provision of such travel arrangements will be subject to the terms and conditions of each supplier as part of your Conditions of Contract with us (either as agent for the supplier or as part of our holiday package as you will see in section 1 of the Booking Terms and Conditions 1A. We cannot list all of the supplier's terms and conditions here but you will need to have read them carefully. The main companies that we do business with are listed below but due to the wide range of travel products that we provide, as agent as well as part of our holiday packages, there are many more. You will be able to find the conditions of carriage for these suppliers on their own web sites. If you are unable to do this then please contact us.

HOTELS & VILLAS

If you are booking 'accommodation only' from our Hotels & Villas website then we act as an agent for the owner of the hotel or villa. We pass your booking onto the hotel or villa owner and once we have confirmed your booking to you it cannot be cancelled by you and no refund is available.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Information About You, Data Protection and our Privacy Policy

We will store and use the information you supply us, or which is supplied to us ("your information") for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. You will be/would have been asked to agree to our use of your information at the appropriate time. If you do not agree, we cannot accept your booking.

1A BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With Cyprus Holiday Group you can now book your whole holiday or just the bits that suit you – just the flight, your accommodation, your car hire and much more.

Depending on which combination of products you choose to book, your terms and conditions could vary.

The following details the different types of products available and the applicable terms and conditions:

Cyprus Holiday Group Package Holiday

Although you have purchased a package holiday, Cyprus Holiday Group Ltd have the exclusive rights to market the accommodation, we arrange the airport transfers and car hire however the flights are booking separately through our U.K. partner Book this trip. “Book this trip” are ABTA bonded and will only book the flight seats through ATOL bonded tour operators.

Cyprus Holiday Group Hotel’s, Villas and apartments.

This product offers you a great selection of hotels, villas and apartments that have been handpicked by us and you will enjoy benefits, such as local assistance.

Cyprus Holiday Group flights

All of the flights that are booked through Cyprus Holiday Group Ltd website are via a 3rd party. So the terms & conditions of that carrier or supplier apply.

D: CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you decide to cancel your booking and you have paid the 20% deposit then the cancellation charge is the 20% deposit.

Should a booking be paid in full then the following cancellation charges will apply:-

A)     If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival then 100% cancellation charges will apply.

B)      If the booking is cancelled 4 to 6 weeks prior to arrival then 90% cancellation charges will apply.

C)     If the booking is cancelled 6 to 8 weeks prior to arrival then 80% cancellation charges will apply.
